Description:
New Roles-D Capsule SR is a combination medication used to treat acid reflux. It works by alleviating acid-related symptoms like heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. It also neutralises acid and improves gas flow, hence reducing stomach discomfort.

- Side Effects:
- The most common adverse effects include diarrhoea, stomach pain, dry mouth, headache, flatulence, and weakness. The majority of these are transitory and normally resolve themselves over time. If you are concerned about any of these adverse effects, contact your doctor right away.
- How to use:
- Take this medication in the dose and period prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it fully. Don't eat, crush, or break it. New Roles-D Capsule SR is to be taken on an empty stomach.
- How it works:
- New Roles-D Capsule SR is a combination of two medications: Domperidone and Rabeprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that works in the upper digestive tract to accelerate stomach and intestinal movement, allowing food to pass more readily through the stomach. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid, thereby relieving acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
