Budamate 400 Transcaps contains two medications in one inhaler. It alleviates the long-term symptoms of asthma and COPD, making breathing more comfortable. It acts by blocking the release of chemical messengers that promote inflammation (swelling) and relaxing the muscles in the airways.
Budamate 400 Transcaps keeps the airways in your lungs open. It relaxes the muscles of the airways. This makes it easier for air to enter and exit. It will alleviate symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing, allowing you to go out your everyday activities more comfortably. This drug is both safe and effective. It normally starts working within a few minutes, and the benefits can persist for several hours. Do not stop using it unless your doctor advises you to.

- The most common adverse effects are headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, and a respiratory tract infection. If you get there, don't stop taking it, but consult your doctor. You can avoid some of these symptoms by washing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using an inhaler. There are other, less common, but potentially significant adverse effects. If you have any concerns, speak with your doctor.

- Trancaps should not be swallowed. Before using, double-check the directions on the label. Insert the capsule into the base of the transhaler, not the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece completely until you hear a click, then breathe in deeply through it. Hold your breath for up to ten seconds. If any powder remains in the transhaler, repeat the operation.
