- How it works:
- Chericof-SF Syrup Sugar Free consists of three medications: phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the tiny blood vessels of the nose, relieving congestion or stuffiness. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergy medication that improves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that soothes coughs by inhibiting the function of the cough centre in the brain.
